A good order starts with your restaurant. Guests see your welcome page and choose how they want to order. Photos, prices and categories help guests find their meal. This is one of three menu presentations you can compare on the website. Here, the guest chooses the spice level and an extra portion. The displayed total includes that choice before the dish is added. At checkout, guests choose from the configured payment methods. Here is an example of that selection. Now a separate recorded example: order one hundred and four shows its confirmation, total and pickup code. When that same order is ready, the guest can see its updated status. They know which order to collect. After collection is recorded, order one hundred and four shows as completed. The reference stays with the order. In the restaurant, the portrait kiosk offers a different starting point. Guests choose eat here or takeaway on the self-service screen. For table ordering, this menu keeps the table reference visible. It is another entry point, separate from the pickup example. Delivery has its own journey too. In this separate example, order sixty-four is shown as delivered. After delivery, the guest can leave feedback. Here, the rating and message for that delivery have been saved.
